A 'Wish List' registry has been established on www.walmart.com to benefit the U.S. Wounded Warrior patients on Kandahar Airfield (KAF). While they are here, they are provided rehabilitative care and shelter. That leaves a large void that is not funded by their units that you can help us fill. Currently, there are items on the list to fill a one-time need to set up a brand new unit for Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI) patients. Many of the wish list items represent repetitive need items since the injured men and women are often stripped of their clothing and belongings in transport to KAF for surgery/treatment. The KAF Wounded Warriors, will truly benefit from your generosity. We appreciate your support.
To access the 'Wish List', point to the 'Registry' link at the top of Walmart webpages and click on 'Wish List' in the dropdown list.
In the 'FIND A WISH LIST' area, enter
First Name: KAF
Last Name: Wound
Then click the 'FIND' button. Click on the 'KAF WOUNDED WARRIORS' link.
Shop to your heart's content and have Walmart ship it to us here in Afghanistan for distribution to the Wounded Warriors!
